Shel received his Bachelors degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY where he majored in Industrial Relations and Finance. He spent his early years with a NY based management consulting firm that specialized in organizational development, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and total quality management.


Shel spent 7 years with two Fortune 500 organizations where he held senior leadership roles. Shel spent 3 years as the President of a large financial services organization, 3 years as CEO of an Orlando based Management consultancy and spent the last 5 years as CEO of a national health and wellness franchisor and 3 related entities.  He is currently Founder and Chief Catałyst at FL Venture Catalysts.


Shel has served on various professional Boards including the Financial Executives Institute, Association for Corporate Growth, Trunaround Management Association, The Executive Committee, Economic Development Council, and was the former President of the Institute of Management Accountants.  Shel is an active member of Vistage International and an active exit planning consultant with Navix.

Chris received his Bachelors degree from Cornell University and is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. After state, Federal and law firm experience, he spent over thirty years working at Fortune 100 companies (including Westinghouse and CBS ), finishing as Vice President and General Counsel of Siemens Power located in Orlando, Florida. He has served on numerous boards (including multi-nationals) of joint ventures, subsidiaries, charities and cultural groups extending to advisory boards for major universities.


His decades of corporate work included extensive training and hands on experience in such fields as: advice and analysis on the purchase and sale of businesses and assets; risk, claim and litigation management; corporate structure and governance; compliance and ethics; maximizing professional service and other supplier value; exit strategies; management and professional development; business cases and strategies; surviving and flourishing through industry and economic cycles - In every case oriented to consistent world class performance.
